Chocolate Chip Chia Banana Bars

Ingredients:
1 bag Fittersweet Chocolate Chip Chia Cookie Dough Mix
1 egg
1 ripe banana, mashed
2 Tbsp. almond butter, or your favorite nut butter
1 c. dark chocolate chips ( I like Guittard Sante), optional
Flaky sea salt, optional
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Line a 9 X 9 baking pan with parchment paper, or grease with cooking spray.

Whisk egg, mashed banana, and nut butter until thoroughly combined.

Add the Chocolate Chip Chia cookie dough mix to the wet ingredients.

Mix with a rubber spatula until just combined.

Pour into prepared pan and bake for 16-18 minutes.

Cool bars. If desired, when cooled, pour melted chocolate chips over the top and sprinkle with flaky sea salt. Place in the refrigerator until the chocolate is set.

Slice into bars and enjoy!!
